Is there a deadline to redeem?
You must make your selections and complete your order by 11:59 PM PT on May 15, 2025. Codes not redeemed during this time will be forfeited.
How long will it take to receive my order?
You should receive your items no later than July 15, 2025. If you do not receive it by this time, please email us at cs@sigmarsolutions.com.
Can I return or exchange an item I've already ordered?
All transactions are final, and items cannot be returned once orders are placed.
What happens to my code if I don't use it?
Any codes not used by the end of the shopping period will be forfeited.
